What do you look for in a personal trainer?...
Each person will give a different answer to this question depending on their goals, personal situation and fitness level.
A good physique?
As someone who used to be overweight and living with hypothyroidism, I have personally been through the struggles of low confidence, struggles with cravings, fad diets, unhealthy habits and poor choices within exercise and diet due to lack of knowledge and will power.
A few years ago I decided to change. Not for a few weeks or months but for good. I knew it wouldn’t be quick fix and I had lots of days where I would become overwhelmed with frustration at halted progress, or angry that I had that massive chocolate cake when I shouldn’t have (we’re all human!)
Through constant work over time I have transformed my body and mind. I am healthy, fit, happier and most importantly I now have the knowledge through trying different approaches/support and guidance from coaches and gaining my level 2 and 3 personal training award to help others.
Each individual’s body responds differently and at lean bodies we aim to tailor an exercise programme/nutrition plan to suit your lifestyle, preferences and to achieve your goals.
