This enables our clients to improve their health-related fitness and quality of life whilst reducing the risk of injury and disease. The individualised exercise programmes provided for our clients are a fundamental component of the personal training service provided.
Purposeful exercise alone, while better than nothing, will never produce the results that purposeful exercise plus nutrition control can produce.
Whether you want to gain muscle, lose fat, compete at an elite level or simply maintain a healthy lifestyle, nutrition is almost always the limiting factor. The majority of individuals look to alter their nutrition with aesthetics in mind, however in order to achieve this in a healthy and sustainable way we focus on improving our clients health and performance also. As all three of these elements are interlinked, they play a key role in the design of our client’s nutrition programme ensuring they look, feel and perform at their best.
When it comes to nutrition, behaviour change can be an emotional and complex challenge. Over the years I have been lucky enough to work with a wide range of individuals with varying hurdles to overcome. As each individual is different, it is important to tailor each nutrition plan accordingly by utilising the appropriate strategies. Once these strategies have been implemented, we are able to enjoy the results.
